STELLAMAR DOCKS IN PORTO MONTENEGRO

We are thrilled to announce that we have opened our first international office in the exclusive marina development of Porto Montenegro.

Upon opening the doors, we have welcomed the first appointment of a Business Development Director for Southern Europe, Bojana Petrovski, who has previously held senior roles with other development projects and major hospitality groups in the region.

Working in close partnership with Porto Montenegro, we will support the already impressive portfolio of businesses in the port. Furthermore, we will also be supporting the project’s growth plan and strengthening the company’s presence in European markets.

Our CEO, Alasdair MacMillan, said of this latest move:

I am delighted to announce another major milestone in Stellamar’s story, as we open the doors of our first international office. Strategically, Porto Montenegro is perfectly aligned with our goals and we are already beginning to reap the rewards of having a base in Southern Europe, as we begin to partner more closely with our clients in the region.

With the brilliant Bojana Petrovski at the helm of our business there, we anticipate success mirroring our achievements in the UK, whilst growing our footprint across the technical, hospitality and UHNW segments

Our mission is to support growth and career education in the area by working with colleges and universities to offer new employment routes into skill-short markets, particularly within the maritime and luxury hospitality sectors. We expect to see a similar level of interest in talent from Montenegro from the employers as is currently the case for talent from neighbouring countries.

Speaking of our move, David Margason, Managing Director of Porto Montenegro said “We are delighted to welcome international recruitment specialist Stellamar to the Arsenal Business Club, the new office centre for partner businesses working with Adriatic Marinas to build their premier yachting hub and waterfront community.”

He added, “Stellamar’s expertise extends from talent management in the yachting, cruise and shipyard sectors, to hospitality and onshore property development resourcing and HR support services. We look forward to a long and productive partnership with Alasdair, Bojana and their team at an exciting time in the growth of our market sectors in Montenegro and beyond.”
