6. Do Your Paperwork!
“Use this time wisely by doing your paperwork and getting organised! Start by updating your documents, improving your cv to be the best it can be, and ensuring that you have written references available. If you don’t, I would advise you to contact your previous employers now.
This is your time to think about what you want for your future in readiness for the upcoming season. Please don’t stop hunting, as your industry will need your skills and talent when this is all over!
Particularly within the UHNW industry, many yachts are still recruiting- so don’t be the last to secure a position for the Med season. When all of this blows over, competition will increase, so get ahead of the game now!”
